Sometimes the chemistry between K-Drama couples is so strong that romance blossoms off-screen, like the beloved Crash Landing on You couple Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin, who are now happily married. Another on-screen couple captured the hearts of viewers and the drama’s own staff.
Actor Jo In Sung and actress Han Hyo Joo from Disney+’s hit superhero drama Moving. Kang Full, the creator of the series and writer of the script, revealed just how much the staff adored the couple’s chemistry.
During Kang Full’s appearance on MMTG, host Jae Jae couldn’t go without mentioning the hot topic of Han Hyo Joo and Jo In Sung’s strong chemistry. She wasn’t the only one blown away by them, either.
Director Park In Je was “so into” their chemistry that he strategically planned for the co-stars to film their kiss scenes on some of the year’s most romantic days: Christmas and New Year’s. The crew hoped for "real snow, real fireworks, maybe real feelings," with the set atmosphere so magical that the lighting team hummed carols during the midnight shoot, "like they were decorating a wedding hall."
Kang Full confirmed that Park In Je intentionally planned the romantic scenes that way because Jo In Sung and Han Hyo Joo were both single. He said, “Because they are both single. I think he purposely did it.”
The drama’s staff also enjoyed the romantic holiday moments. Kang Full added, “The atmosphere among the staff was really good.” Cameras stopped rolling, but the set stayed silent, hoping ad-lib cuddles would follow.

Han Hyo Joo and Jo In Sung have such fantastic chemistry that even the drama’s staff couldn’t resist setting up some romantic moments for the couple to possibly take their romance off-screen. Viewers felt it—the kiss clips surpassed ten million views in a week, with comments begging the stars to "just date already." While neither actor has confirmed anything, their on-screen warmth remains a standout, and fans continue to ship the couple they call "Moving Hearts."
